Also Montepulciano is famous for it's good wine production, like the Nobile di Montepulciano (cantina Avionesi or Poliziano), but also offers a variety of good and elegant shops and restaurants and a school and laboratory of mosaic handcraft.
Our favorite spots are the café "Poliziano" and the basilica Madonna di San Biagio, just outside Montepulciano.
